The Workout: 1-4 x (2K, 400m) with 60 sec rest after the 2K and 90 sec rest after the 400m. The 2Ks should be completed at tempo pace, and the 400m should be completed at 5K race pace or a little faster. This workout focuses on aerobic and speed endurance.
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting in the MSU football stadium parking lot near the stadium and Kagy since the track is covered in snow. Throughout the winter season, we will meet at the MSU track (workouts will either be on the track or in the football parking lot depending on snow conditions) until April. Bring a headlamp. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you are feeling sick and think you might be contagious, and please wear a face covering if you have knowingly been exposed to SARS-CoV-2. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
