The workout: 2-4 x (2 x 800m, 2 x 400m). All intervals should be completed at 5K race pace. Rest after the 800s is 90 seconds and is 1 min after the 400s. This workout focuses on aerobic development and speed.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at Lindley Park (in the grass just in front of the graveyard). Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you are feeling sick, and please wear a face covering if you have knowingly been exposed to SARS-CoV-2. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
