The Workout: 1-3 sets of 1 x 2K (90 sec rest), 2 x 1K (75 sec rest). Everything should be completed at or slightly faster than 10K pace. This workout focuses on improving the aerobic base and finding a good rhythm.
**As this is the last Tuesday of the month, we will celebrate our hard work in March at Bridger Brewing after the workout! All are welcome to join :)
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at the MSU outdoor track in November through mid-April. We will plan to return to Gallatin Regional Park April 14. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to anyone interested in participating, and participation can come in the form of an easy run in lieu of the workout.
