The Workout: 1-3 x 2K at tempo pace with 90 seconds rest followed by 1-3 sets of 4 x 400m with the first 3 of each set at 5K pace and the last one fast with 60 seconds rest between each. This workout focuses on aerobic fitness and speed endurance.
*As it is the last Tuesday of the month (and year!), we will celebrate our hard work in December at Bridger Brewing after the workout. All are welcome to join!!
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at the MSU outdoor track throughout the winter season. Depending on the snow conditions each week, we will run the workout on the track or parking lot. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating, and participation can come in the form of an easy run in lieu of the workout.
