The workout: 1-3 sets of (1200m, 2 x 400m, 1200m all at 5K race pace) with 90 sec rest after the 1200m, 60 sec rest after each 400m, and 2min rest between sets. This workout builds aerobic power.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at Lindley Park (right in front of the graveyard).  The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
