The Workout: 1-3 x (1 x mile, 4 x 400m). The miles should be completed at tempo pace, and the 400m should be completed at about 5K race pace. The rest between everything is 60 seconds. This workout builds aerobic endurance and strength.
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet this week at Lindley Park. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you or someone in your household is feeling sick unless you are fully vaccinated. We are also resuming our end-of-month celebrations. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
