The workout: 1-2 x 1600 (3:30 rest), 400 (90 sec rest), 1200 (2:00 rest), 400 (90 sec rest), 800 (90 sec rest), 400. Each interval should be completed at 5K pace (or a little faster for the shorter intervals). This workout targets VO2max and speed.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet this week at Lindley Park. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with social distancing recommendations of staying 6 feet apart. We will celebrate our hard work the last Tuesday of each month at a local brewery after the workout - all are welcome to join! Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
