The workout: 2k, 1-2 x mile, 1200m, 800m, 400m, 400m starting a little slower than 10K race effort and working down to a little faster than 5K race effort.  The recoveries are 90 seconds after each interval but 60 seconds after the 400m.  This workout will help you further develop aerobic power and practice getting into a rhythm as well as getting in a little speed.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at Lindley Park (right in front of the graveyard) and will until we switch over to the MSU track November 7th.  The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
