*Note - We will meet at the outdoor track. Facilities might not be able to plow the track today; there is a small chance we will do the workout on the indoor track, but we will likely be outside either on the outdoor track (if plowed) or in the parking lot area (I have a route we can do)
The workout: 2-6 x 800m, 2-4 x 400m, 2-4 x 200m (on the track). Everything should be at 5K-8K race pace or a little faster (200s can be closer to mile race pace). Rest after the 800s is 90s, after the 400 is 60s, and after the 200 is 45s. This workout is designed as a tune-up for those racing at the Montana Cup but is also good for working on speed and improving running economy.

Tuesday Night Track Club - currently meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. In October, we will meet at Lindley Park (in grass by graveyard entrance) for the first three weeks of the month and at the MSU Track the last Tuesday of the month. We will celebrate our hard work the last Tuesday of each month at a local brewery after the workout - all are welcome to join! Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
