The Workout:  8-12 x 800m at tempo to 10K pace and with 30-45 seconds rest between each.  This workout targets building/maintaining aerobic base and practicing good rhythm.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. As the track is now full of snow, we will meet and run the workout in the Brick Breedin parking lot (meet near the Kagy entrance) until (probably) March when the track is clear again.  The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
