The Workout: 2-4 sets of 2 x 200m (mile pace), 1 x 1K (5K pace), 1 x mile (tempo pace) if on the track or using a GPS watch - or 2 x 30-40 sec at mile pace, 1 x 3:00-4:30 min at 5K pace, 1 x 5:15-7:15 min at tempo pace if doing the workout all based on time on the roads or trails. The rest after the 200m is 30 sec, after the 1K is 90 sec, and after the mile is 2 min. This workout targets speed and aerobic development.

Tuesday Night Track Club - usually meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will start meeting again at the track or Lindley Park as soon as medical professionals deem it safe for groups to meet again. We will celebrate our hard work the last Tuesday of each month at a local brewery after the workout - all are welcome to join! Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
