The workout: 1-5 x (1200m, 4 x 200m hills), the 1200m should be completed at about 5k effort, and the hills should be quick (about mile effort). The rest after the 1200m is 90-120 seconds, between each hill effort is a light jog back down the hill, and between sets is 60 seconds. This workout builds aerobic power and strength.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at Lindley Park (right in front of the graveyard).  The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
