The workout: 1-3 x (1600m, 800m) with 75s rest after the mile and 90s rest after the 800m followed by 4 x 400m with 60s rest. The 1600m should be completed at tempo pace, the 800m at 5K pace, and the 400s at or a little faster than 5K pace. This workout targets aerobic development in the early section and works on speed in the second section and is a good race simulator.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. As the track is now full of snow, we will meet and run the workout in the Brick Breedin parking lot (meet near the Kagy entrance) until (probably) March when the track is clear again.  The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
