The workout: 4-10 x hilly 1000m at 10k-5k race pace with 2 min rest between intervals. This workout helps to maintain a solid aerobic base, build strength, and practice getting into a good rhythm for a race setting.
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting in at Gallatin Regional Park (parking lot off of Oak St.). The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to anyone interested in participating, and participation can come in the form of an easy run in lieu of the workout.
