The workout: 1-3 x 3000m at tempo pace with 2 min rest. This workout targets aerobic improvement and provides an opportunity to practice running relaxed at faster paces.

**As it is the last Tuesday of the month, we will celebrate our hard work in September after the workout at Longhorn Ciderhouse! All are welcome to join :)

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at Lindley Park (right in front of the graveyard).  The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
