The Workout: 4-12 x 800m at 5K race pace with 90 seconds rest between each. This workout targets VO2max development.
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently at Lindley Park (right in front of the graveyard). The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
