The Workout: 1-4 x (2K, 400m) with 60 sec rest after the 2K and 90 sec rest after the 400m. The 2Ks should be completed at threshold/tempo pace, and the 400m should be completed at 5K race pace or a little faster. This workout focuses on aerobic and speed endurance.
*As it is the last Tuesday of the month, we will celebrate our hard work in January at Bridger Brewing after the workout. All are welcome to join!!
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at the MSU outdoor track throughout the winter season. Depending on the snow conditions each week, we will run the workout on the track or parking lot. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating, and participation can come in the form of an easy run in lieu of the workout.
