The workout: 1-3 sets of 2 x 1000m at 5K race pace, 1 x 1200m at 5k-10k race pace. The recovery is 90 seconds rest after each 1000m and 2 min rest between sets. This workout helps aerobic development, VO2 max improvement, and to practice getting into a good rhythm for a race setting.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting in at Gallatin Regional Park (parking lot off of Oak St.). The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to anyone interested in participating, and participation can come in the form of an easy run in lieu of the workout.
