The Workout: 4-10 x 800m or 2:30-3:30 min if doing the workout all based on time on the roads or trails. All intervals should be completed at 5K race pace, and the rest between each is 90 seconds. This workout targets VO2max development.
*Given the stay-at-home order, we will not meet as a group until our community is in better shape regarding COVID-19. Please feel free to complete the workout at any time during the day.
Tuesday Night Track Club - usually meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will start meeting again at the track or Lindley Park as soon as medical professionals deem it safe for groups to meet again. We will celebrate our hard work the last Tuesday of each month at a local brewery after the workout - all are welcome to join! Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
