The Workout: 1-2 x 1.5 miles, 1 x 2K, 1-2 x mile all at tempo pace and with 90 sec rest between the 1.5 and 1.25 miles and 60 sec rest between miles. Any of the distances can be omitted for a lower volume workout if desired. This workout targets building/maintaining aerobic base and practicing good rhythm.

*Note - It is my understanding that the university will remove snow from the track for the rest of winter. I'm not sure if they will be able to get to it by this Tuesday, but I have alternate routes that make big loops around the track (mix of parking lot, sidewalk, and trail) that we can use as needed/desired.

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. Throughout the winter season, we will meet at the MSU Track - bring a headlamp! Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with social distancing recommendations of staying 6 feet apart - sport masks are highly encouraged. Please don't attend if you or someone in your household is feeling sick. We will resume our end-of-month celebrations once we are out of the pandemic or when we return to Lindley Park in the spring (whichever comes first). The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
