The Workout: 1-3 x (mile, 800m, 800m, 400m) with the miles at tempo to 10K race pace, 800m at 5K race pace, and 400m at or a little faster than 5K race pace. Rest is 60 seconds after the miles and 400s and 90 seconds after the 800s. This workout targets aerobic development and speed.
**As it is the end of April, we will celebrate our hard work this month (and all of winter) after the workout BYOB (but Patrick and I will bring plenty to share!)
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at the trails at Lindley Park this week. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with social distancing recommendations of staying 6 feet apart and other safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you or someone in your household is feeling sick. We are also resuming our end-of-month celebrations. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
