The workout: 2k (at 10K-5K pace, 3 min rest), 1600m (at 5K pace, 2:30 rest), 1200m (5K pace, 2 min rest), 800 (5K pace, 90 sec rest), 400m. This workout will help you further develop VO2 max and practice getting into a rhythm as well as getting in a little speed. Now, that we are off of daylight savings time, it will be beneficial to wear a headlamp.
**We will have our annual TNT celebration immediately following Tuesday's workout. Please join us at Colombo's (near College and 11th) for pizza and beer as we celebrate another successful year of hard work and great company!!
Tuesday Night Track Club - currently meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. Throughout the winter season, we will meet at the MSU Track - bring a headlamp! We will celebrate our hard work the last Tuesday of each month at a local brewery after the workout - all are welcome to join! Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
