The workout: 1-3 sets of 1600m, 1200m with 60 sec rest after the 1600m, 90 sec rest after the 1200m, and 60 sec rest between sets. This workout builds aerobic power, endurance, and speed.
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at the MSU outdoor track in November and December (and expect to move to the indoor facility in January - stay tuned for more details). If it is too snowy, we will complete the workout in the new football parking lot/sidewalk area. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to anyone interested in participating, and participation can come in the form of an easy run in lieu of the workout.
