The workout: sets of 2K at tempo pace with 60 sec rest, 800m at 5K race pace with 90 sec rest, 400m at 5K race pace or faster with 60 sec rest. This workout targets practicing maintaining a rhythm at multiple paces, a little bit of aerobic development, and speed endurance development.

*Note - as it is the last Tuesday of May, we will celebrate our hard work this month at Lockhorn Ciderhouse after the workout. All are welcome to join!

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at Lindley Park (in the grass just in front of the graveyard). Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you are feeling sick, and please wear a face covering if you have knowingly been exposed to SARS-CoV-2. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
