The Workout: 1K, 2K, 3K, 2K, 1K all at tempo pace and with 90 sec rest between everything. Repeat or omit any of the distances to change the volume of this workout as desired. This workout targets building/maintaining aerobic base and practicing good rhythm.
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We are currently meeting at the MSU outdoor track in November through mid-April. If it is too snowy, we will complete the workout in the new football parking lot/sidewalk area. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to anyone interested in participating, and participation can come in the form of an easy run in lieu of the workout.
