The workout: 1-4 x (1200m, 600m, 2 x 400m). The rest after the 1200m and the 400s is 60 seconds and is 90 seconds after the 600m. The 1200m intervals should be run at tempo to 10K pace, the 600m at 5K pace, and 400m at slightly faster than 5K pace. This workout focuses on aerobic strength and speed endurance.

*Note - starting in April, we will plan to return to the trails (meet at Lindley Park in front of the graveyard) unless the trails are too snowy (might have to stay at the track the first 1-2 weeks in April)

Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at the MSU Outdoor Track (if you don't see us at the track, try the track/football parking lot) until the trails are snow-free. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you are feeling sick, and please wear a face covering if you have knowingly been exposed to SARS-CoV-2. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
