The workout: 1-3 sets of (1200m, 2 x 400m, 1200m all at 5K race pace) with 90 sec rest after each interval within a set and 2min rest between sets. This workout builds aerobic power.
*As it is the last Tuesday of the month, we will celebrate our hard work in September following the workout. All are welcome to join :)
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet this week at Lindley Park. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you or someone in your household is feeling sick unless you are fully vaccinated. We are also resuming our end-of-month celebrations. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
