The Workout: 1-3 x (2K, 1K, 1K, 400m) at 5K race pace. Rest is 3:30 after the 2K, 2:00 after each 1K, and 2:00-2:30 between sets. This workout targets VO2 max improvement and speed.
Tuesday Night Track Club - currently meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the MSU Track & Field Complex. We might go back to Lindley in early fall for a few workouts - stayed tuned. We will celebrate our hard work for the month the last Tuesday of each month at Bridger Brewing after the workout. Mentally prepare for workouts by joining the Facebook group. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating.
