The workout: 2k (at 10K-5K pace, 3 min rest), 1600m (at 5K pace, 2:30 rest), 1200m (5K pace, 2 min rest), 800 (5K pace, 90 sec rest), 400m. This workout will help you further develop VO2 max and practice getting into a rhythm as well as getting in a little speed.
Tuesday Night Track Club - meets every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. We will meet at the MSU Track until the trails are snow-free. Everyone who chooses to attend TNT is expected to comply with all national, state, and city safety recommendations. Please don't attend if you or someone in your household is feeling sick unless you are fully vaccinated. The following week's workouts will typically be posted on Sunday. Tuesday Night Track is free and always open to any adult interested in participating (all levels are welcome!).
