Geef een H. pylori-eradicatiebehandeling zonder H. pylori-diagnostiek en behandel daarna 4 weken met een PPI in standaarddosering.

• Bouw daarna het PPI-gebruik af ( afbouwschema).
• Controleer na behandeling op H. Pylori-eradicatie.
