How is a typical day for you?
My routine is very different, it depends a lot on the day of the week, because I teach in several places. For example, on Tuesday and Thursday I teach in one place, but on Wednesday and Friday, I teach in another place. But, usually, I wake up early, have breakfast and then I go to my gym class, or I'm going to teach it very early. Then, when I can, I go home for lunch. When I can't, I usually eat on the street, and I immediately go to another class afterwards. Most days of the week, I teach until the early evening and get home around six in the evening. Then I have dinner, watch a little television and go to sleep at 11am.
Tell me about your weekend, specifically tell me about an event from beginning to end.
My friends and I had agreed to go to the beach, but unfortunately it rained a lot in the morning, and in the afternoon we decided to change the program. There is now a new mall, which opened a month ago, so we decided to go and do a program at the mall. Then we went, we had a snack, we saw the stores, the windows and we went for a walk to see the mall. It was a good program.
What would you advise a person who wants to learn Portuguese in Brazil?
First, a Portuguese student in Brazil should try to enroll in a program that allows him to join a host family, so that he can have opportunities for communication and interaction in the language constantly. Another important aspect when preparing to study abroad is a positive attitude towards the experience. The student will be faced with an unknown culture, with different or nonexistent elements in his own, and the ability to be able to deal with the unknown or the different is essential for the success of a student abroad. Finally, it is essential that the student take advantage of every opportunity to communicate in the language, that is, do not just stay in the room or with a group of friends from the same country, but leave home and discover new places, and entertain yourself with the family. hostess.
