I did want to point out the success of Dorothy, a new kayaker, who managed a cowboy-style self rescue!
At the end of the course, I gave Tim a ride back to the parking lot on the bow of my kayak. He had a bad sprained foot. I didn't want him to have to walk and I wanted paddling exercise.
