York River State Park Hike 2/7/2017

We had a spectacular day for our hike today. Despite the fact that we are smack dab in the middle of winter we had sun and 70 degrees for our walk. This is a far cry from the cold rainy day that forced cancellation of the hike earlier this year. 44 showed up for the hike (plus 3 dogs) and we all enjoyed a casual amble through the trails of York River State Park. We covered about 7 miles before arriving back at our starting point. Some stayed to eat brown bag lunches at the park while the rest of us headed to Honey Butters Kitchen to feast. Another great day for the Tuesday Group!
