HIKE THE NOLAND TRAIL – MARINER’S MUSEUM
On Tuesday November 26, 2024, 18 folks met up at The Mariner’s Museum in Newport News for a 5-mile hike on The Noland Trail. The skies were overcast and mother nature was attempting to get us wet. Well, she did a poor job and we stayed dry. The temperature was a comfortable 60 or so degrees. This all was great as some of us, including my whole family, left the rain gear at home. Unfortunately, there was only one person taking pictures so we didn’t get many. These are my grandkids taken at the Lion’s Bridge. They had a blast. The pictures were taken by my daughter, Jennifer M. After the hike we went to Harpoon Larry’s so everyone could fill their bellies. We had good service and GREAT fellowship. The food was delicious.
