人生充滿起伏變化

很多時候自己的想法、計劃都無法實現

但不管在什麼情況下

都要提醒自己

暇滿難得今已得

人壽無常死期不定

務必要精進修行

才不辜負這珍寶人生

Ephemeral and unpredictable, life is always changing and we do not always achieve what we want. Still we should never forget how fortunate we are to have this precious existence. Enlightening it with a more abiding purpose is what we all should endeavor to do in order to make full use of it.
