For up to 6 perfect soft boiled eggs. Just remember 6-6. Cook 6 minutes, cool 6 minutes in ice water bath. This results in a slightly runny yolk.
Bring half pot of water to boil
Lower eggs gently into boiling water
Reduce heat to a simmer for 6 minutes
Remove eggs and place into bowl of ice water for 6 minutes
Crack the shell all over and remove under cool running water.
