**SMOKED MEATS** CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE - CHECK BACK SOON
A delicious alternative to the Alabama BBQ Sauce but not your average mustard based bbq sauce. Spicy and tangy with a curry kick. Delicious on any grilled meat but my favorites are beef or pork.
Better make a quadruple recipe!
1 cup chicken or vegetable stock, plus more if needed
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup grainy or brown mustard
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until all ingredients are dissolved, stirring as the sauce cooks. Taste, and adjust any of the seasonings to your preference.
