A tasty and RICH appetizer. Great for parties or for brunch. For less heat remove the seeds and veins from the peppers.
1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese - grated
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese w/jalapenos - grated
1/2 - 1 cup chopped jalapeno peppers
1 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grate the cheeses and mix with the jalapenos in a large pyrex dish
Mix the milk, eggs, and flour together and stir until smooth.
Pour evenly over the cheeses and jalapeños.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is slightly brown.
