 Delicious on a sunny, fall afternoon.

Serves 4

• 2 cups sliced fresh or frozen peaches , thawed

• 2/3 cup peach or apricot nectar

• 2 2/3 cups champagne
  
  
  

1. Combine peaches and nectar in blender and process until smooth.  Freeze peach mixture in freezer (for up to a week)

2. Remove peach mixture from freezer about 30 minutes before serving. Spoon equal amounts of peach mixture and champagne into champagne flutes.
