I dedicate this lip blistering pepper sauce to my good friend Ferdi.
Ingredients
1 lb baby carrots
10 habanero peppers, remove stems
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp mustard seed
1/4 tsp celery seed
1 tbsp Worcestershire
Preparation
Simmer sugar, vinegar mustard seed, water, Worcestershire and celery seed over med heat.
Process carrots into fine pulp adding a little and water vinegar.
Process peppers into fine pulp.
Pour carrots and peppers into blender. Slowly add the sugar vinegar mixture and blend until really smooth about 3 to 5 minutes.
Makes just over a quart.
