Killer Cosmo

Pour equal parts of simple syrup, vodka and grain alcohol (190 proof) into two parts of Patron Citronge. Top with juice from a 1/4 of a lime and a good splash of cranberry juice. Shake vigorously in a shaker with ice. Strain into a frosted martini glass, garnish with a lime or orange wedge on the rim, and serve.
