1 cup full-fat or 2% Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, finely grated
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
DO AHEAD of your recipe: Garlicky yogurt can be made 5 days ahead and refrigerated; just know the garlic flavor will intensify.
Add some dill and you have Tzatziki sauce!
MAKE THE YOGURT SAUCE: Combine the yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and black pepper and set aside. Cover and refrigerate. Serve over Chicken Gyro
