Tasty Pancakes

Possibly the best pancakes in the world. Light and fluffy, melt in your mouth texture with just a hint of lemon.

2 cups bisquick

1 ½ cup milk

1 egg

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp baking soda

Heat griddle to 375, mix all ingredients throughly, use cooking spray, pour slightly less than ¼ cupfulls, cook until bubbly

On top, then turn and cook until golden brown.
