1lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
butter
lemon juice
lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp finely minced garlic
Prepare grill with coals on one side creating a hot side.
Melt butter in a small skillet add garlic and simmer for about 3 min. and remove from heat.
In a bowl toss shrimp with butter and garlic and season liberally with lemon pepper, set aside.
Place shrimp over hot coals and squeeze juice from lemons on top.
Flip once, grill lightly and do not overcook.
Serve over rice or on a salad.
