Super easy and delicious appetizer. The key ingredient is the tuna. It must be fresh, Sushi grade, Ahi Tuna. Don't substitute it wil not be as good. Thats really all you need to make sure you have a fantastic appetizer.
It uses good quality tortilla chips and these three sauces that can be obtained in many stores.
A pound of tuna would easily make four to six platters of nachos.
4. Arrange full size, unbroken tortilla chips closely on a platter.
5. Drizzle the chips with the unagi sauce and wasabi sauce.
6. Top each chip with a couple of pieces of tuna.
7. Serve Immediately and start on the next platter. It will be gone before you get the second platter ready.
