A delicious and simple dessert that can be made low fat by substituting fat free ingredients. Makes two 9" pies
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 can condensed milk
1 lg container cool whip
1 med can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 med size can of peaches, drained
2 graham cracker crusts
Combine lemon juice and condensed milk, mix in cool whip and stir in fruit.
Pour into pie crusts and refrigerate.
