Easily made this dip has a beautifully light, whipped texture, and is a favorite for veggies or just chips.
8oz block of feta, do not use crumbled feta
1/4 cup of greek yogurt
4oz softened cream cheese
1 or 2 cloves of garlic, minced
lemon juice from one lemon
Extra virgin olive oil, red chili flakes (or aleppo pepper) and fresh chopped parsley for garnish
In a food processor, place the feta, cream cheese, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Pulse until creamy.
Transfer to a serving dish and top with a drizzle of olive oil, pinches of pepper flakes, and chopped parsley.
Serve as a dip with pita bread, baguette, or fresh veggies.
