Traditional Korean dipping sauce. Serve with Bossam (Lettuce Wraps) or other Korean grilled meats. This can be purchased at a Korean or Asian market or is easily made at home. If you have a good stocked Asian kitchen you'll already have some of these ingredients.
1 tablespoon (15ml) doenjang (Korean fermented soy paste)
1 tablespoon (15ml) gochujang (Korean chile paste)
1/2 teaspoon crushed roasted sesame seeds
1 medium clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
In a small bowl, mix together doenjang, gochujang, crushed roasted sesame seeds, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
