1/4 - 1/2 cup pepperoni - chopped
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts - chopped
1 clove garlic - minced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp worsterschire
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper
Sauté pepperoni, garlic and artichoke together over med heat until pepperoni is done, add remaining ingredients simmer a few more minutes until liquid is absorbed.
