**SMOKED MEATS** CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE - CHECK BACK SOON
Enough for about 20 heavy hitters!! Where I retired from we used to have a "goody day" once or twice a year around the holidays. Back in the day everyone brought their favorite home made dishes from Chili, to Wings and tons of desserts. I hope not but I'm pretty sure those days are gone forever now.
Thanks to my good buddy Michael Cannon for sharing this family secret recipe.
7 Bananas (2LBS.)
8oz. Sour Cream
2 pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding (small instant pudding)
1 pkg. Banana Pudding (small instant pudding)
5 c. Milk
13oz. Cool Whip
1 (12 oz.) Box vanilla Wafers
Mix pudding and milk together at low speed for 2 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes until it begins to harden. Blend all Cool Whip and sour cream with pudding mix until evenly mixed. (Alternate: Blend half of Cool Whip and all of sour cream with pudding mix until evenly mixed.)
Line bowl with layer of wafers and cover with a thin layer of pudding mixture. Follow with a layer of bananas and pudding mixture. Then add a layer of wafers and pudding mixture. Repeat layers until all of pudding mixture is used. If you have some wafers left you can crush and sprinkle them on top. (Alternate: Add remaining portion of Cool Whip for topping.)
